The city Council is requested to approve the resolution accepting
quotes for project 93-7, for the improvement of fencing
constr~ction in the area of City Hall Park Complex 42.
The fencing to be installed is to be placed around the 4 fields
that were recently sodded to minimize damage from motorized
vehicles especially snowmobiles.
The remainder of the fencing (backstops and baselines) will need
to be bid and installed in the spring of 1995.
This has been recommended by the Park and Recreation Commission to
be,paid from park dedication funds.

law with results as follows:

Arrow Fence Co. $21,627.00
viking Fence & Construction $28,000.00
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the

A.RESOLUTION CANVASSING THE RETURNS OF THE MUNICIPAL ELECTION
HELD ON THE 8TH DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1994 IN THE CITY OF ANDOVER,
ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA.
The Municipal Election was held in and for the City of Andover on
the 8th day of November, 1994 and was in all respects duly and
legally canvassed; and the votes received for each candidate are
shown on the attached.
The following are hereby declared and certified as those elected:
Mayor - Jack McKelvey (2 year term)
Councilmembers - Bonnie Dehn; John J. Kunza (4 year terms)
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no irregularities were noted.
The summary of the voter results are hereby attached and made
part of this resolution.
