CITY will pay EDA from reserve cash for five years with the
following:
$600,000
City develops fund reserve from sale of land to school
district, and from assessments for sewer and water
charges.
Q: How is the rest of the debt paid?
A: After five years, the fire bond will be paid off, the money
presently levied for the fire bond will be applied to the
Community Hall.
Q: Would my taxes go down in five years when the fire bond
expired if it wasn't for the new Community Hall.
A: Yes, about $2 a month for the average resident.
Q: will my taxes go up as a result of this project.
A: No.
