quorum of members were present including Clendening, Holasek, Jaworski and
Johnson.
First item on our agenda was the continued Public Hearing for 11ayo and
Bankey, Cedarcrest Estates 3rd Addition. As of the 25th, we received a
letter from Dennis M. Anderson, Township engineer of Caswell and Associates,
stating he had not as yet received required data from Mr. Keith Graham of
Leroy Winner and Associates. 11r. Rither stated that at 4150 September 26th,
today, he received a call from Mr. Anderson stating that he had received
the required material from ~~. Graham and that it met all required changes
to conform with platting ordinance 10. He stated this information would
be forthcoming correspondence. There was general discussion on land set
aside for parks with Chairman Hither reading park ordinance to all. General
discussion on park land getting a bit off original subject. It was agreed
by commission to accept original 4.5 acres of park in south corner and .62
of an acre lot offered by Mr. Mayo that would give us access from 174th to
park site. Clendening made a motion to accept Lot 8, Block 4 Cedarcrest
EStates First Addition as part of park for Jrd addition. Seconded by
Holasek. Carried unanimously. On reviewal of soil boring information,
we the commission unanimously agree that if the engineer can recommend
more soil boring tests, he should also recommend where. Chairman Rither
will contact engineer and get recommended area for soil borings to be taken
if any. It was moved by Dean Johnson to accept preliminary plat Cedarcrest
Estates 3rd Addition with stipulation that any future soil borings needed
would be taken. Seconded by Jaworski. Carried unanimously.
At 8155 a Public Hearing was held for Charles Backman preliminary plat
