Preliminary Plat of Meadowood as pro- posed by the Gold Medalion Corporation. The Hearing was called to order by Chairman Art Jaworski at 7:40 PM with Commission members Miles, Newell and Rither present. Commission reviewed letter from C.E.D., Township engineers, regarding preliminary plat data. Commission discussed proposed park area, and access. Commission noted that 65 of 69 lots are substandard as to lot dimensions per Ordinance #$ paragraph 6.02; plat shows "outlots" which are prhibited by paragraph 9.01(d) of Ordinance #10 and that the road frontage on Lots 1 and 2, Block 5, is insufficient accoring to para- graph 9.06(A) of Ordinance #10. It was moved by Newell and seconded by Rither to Disapprove the preliminary plat, Meadowood, of Gold Medalion Corporation due to the following reasons: 1. Sixty five of sixty nine lots substandard as to dimensions. Ordinance #$, paragraph 6.02. 2. Outlots are prohibited by Ordinance #10, paragraph 9.01(d). 3. Insufficient road frontage on Lots 1 and 2, Block 5. Ordinance #10, paragraph 9.06(A2). Motion carried unanimously. David Fricke, representing Gold Medalion Corp. was advised by Chairman Jaworski that in order for the Commission to give a recommendation of approval, the items listed as deficient would have to be revised and brought up to Ordinance standards. On a motion by Rither and seconded by Newell and carried unanimously, the Public Hearing was continued to June 26, 1973, 7:30 PM, Crooked Lake school. Q &-U-6t/ Robert A.
