Motion by Arnold that the soil information as forwarded by Suburban

Motion by Arnold that the Planning and Zoning Commission recommend
to the City Council the approval of the Plat for Ogema Estates as

2\ acre lot requirement has been met. 2) Hardships upon the land
including the County's request that modifications to County Road 7
be provided for, as well as previous platting of land to the West
of this addition have created hardships on the land which the
developer has made an effort to compensate for in designing the
Plat. 3) The Commission is in conjunction with this motion requesting
that the City Engineer designate those lots which are unbui1dable
at this point in time based on the soil data provided by Suburban

Zoning Ccmmission hereby reco~ends to the City Council the
approval of the Preliminary Plat of Ogema Estates as submitted

noted on the Preliminary Flat in the form
of lot widths, totaling 24 of 36 platted

legitimate in that a hardship has been placed
on this land in that: 1) Previous Rezoning
on the Stenquest Addition to 1 acre lots,
thus creating difficulties in the planning
of streets. 2) County right-of-tv.::lY requirements
on the NE corner of the Plat for the possible
rerouting of County Road 7.
The developer has made every effort t}ithin the frm;lcllor:: of the
