MINUTES OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY OF ANDOVER PARKS/RECREATION ADVISORY BOARD
HELD MAY 27, 1975 AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER - 6:55 p.m.
The purpose of the special meeting was to review the plat "The Oaks" for Gerald
and Carol Windschitl.
Attending were members Griswold, Britton, Lapham, Heidelberger, Rzeszutek and
Jack. Meeting was called to order by Chairman Griswold at 6:55 p.m.
Statement from the minutes of the October 10, 1974 meeting was read which
related to "The Oaks." Discussion followed regarding use of the 66' strip
in relation to the landfill and its future use as a park. After considerable
discussion, Motion was made by Rzeszutek, seconded by Lapham that we accept
a revised version of "The Oaks" which showed the park area as being a 20' access
strip and a triangular shaped piece of land totaling 1.3 acres in total.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 7:20 p.m.
