Park Commis sion Expenditures
'\
After reviewing the expenditures through June 30, 1976, the Commission felt
that consideration should be given to the purchase of additional equipment for
the present parks. It was noted that all monies remaining in the budget
on December 31, 1976 would not be carried over into the 1977 Park Budget.
Also discussed was the park dedication amount for this and previous years
which could be carried over. Several possibilities were suggested for various
equipment and parks for same. Northwoods Park was mentioned as an
excellent location for a tennis court because of 1) size, and 2) population.
MOTION by Arntzen, seconded by Drummond, to obtain prices on a tennis
court for possible installation in Northwoods Park, to be done during the 1976
season. Vote: Yes - Lapham, Arntzen, Christenson, Drummond; No _ Mand.
