U ~'FY of ANDOVER M E M 0 RAN DUM TO: Planning and Zoning Commission COPIES TO: Mayor and Council FROM: Park/Recreation Commission DATE:: August 9, 1977 REFERENCE: Motor Vehicle Ordinance The following motion was made at the Park/Recreation Commission meeting August 4, 1977 and is for your consideration: MOtion by Lapham, seconded by Mand, to recommend to the Planning and Zoning Commission, as long as they are revising the ordinances, that an ordinance be drawn prohibiting all motorized vehicle traffic in city parks, exluding maintenance vehicles, except on designated and authorized trails.
