Motor Vehicle Ordinance
The following motion was made at the Park/Recreation Commission meeting August 4,
1977 and is for your consideration:
MOtion by Lapham, seconded by Mand, to recommend to the Planning and Zoning Commission,
as long as they are revising the ordinances, that an ordinance be drawn prohibiting
all motorized vehicle traffic in city parks, exluding maintenance vehicles, except
on designated and authorized trails. Motion carried unanimously.

Hawk Ridge Estates Preliminary Plat
The following motion was made at the Park/Recreation Commission meeting August 4,
1977 and is for your consideration:
Motion by Lapham, seconded by Mand, that the Park/Recreation Commission go on
record as approving the preliminary plat showing the park land dedication on Hawk
Ridge Estates. Motion carried unanimously.
