CITY of ANDOVER
MEMORANDUM
TO: Mayor and City Council
COPIES TO: Jim Schrantz
FROM: Park and Recreation Commission
DATE: April 9, 1986
REFERENCE: Hidden Creek
Concerns over the legalities regarding Hidden Creek:
1) Having not received a reply from the city attorney
concerning the legality of dedicated park land for
use as a fire station--we would like further
clarification on whether the one acre dollar value
will be lost to the Park fund, as Good Value will
not pay that money.
2) The Park and Recreation Commission recommends that
the City-Council should not approve the Final Plat
for Hidden Creek until Good Value (John Peterson)
completes or commits to a firm date to finish
Northglen II pathways, etc. The Park and Recreation
Commission further recommends this work be completed
by June 1, 1986.
