MOTION by Sabel, seconded by Kieffer to accept the neighborhood park (to the
west), the nature park area, and park along outlot B (to the east, behind
block 23) as shown on preliminary plat dated October 23, 1986. The neighbor-

will be made by Hills, Inc. for the development of this park at the time of
final plat. Motion carried unanimously.

SCHEDULING OF FIELDS--MEADOW CREEK
Brian Budish, Coach from Meadow Creek Christian School, attended the meeting
to discuss and schedule two softball fields for the Spring and one soccer
field for Fall for the school team. The church and school has land for
fields but it will be a few years before it will be available for play.
The soccer field would be scheduled from 3:30-5:45 p.m. in the fall.
One softball field would be scheduled from 3:30-5:30 p.m. and the other
softball field would be scheduled from 3:30-6:30 p.m. The dates for the
playing season will be available for the next park meeting. Coach Budish
was directed to contact Frank Stone regarding preparation of fields. The
fields would be used in the evening for games and would have to be prepared
for evening league. The park commission suggested maybe a $25-$35 fee.
It was recommended by McMullen that Meadow Creek Christian School be given
first consideration for field scheduling. The park commission agreed
unanimously in this consideration.
