names/addresses included) for the current year and the name
of the league/level to be included.
** Direct staff to stake out and put the ag lime at Hidden
Creek at the northeast corner.
** Look into the cost of playground equipment and order model
#DE 6827 from Gametime, and to have Marc McMullen to check
to see if he can get the price lower than $3,600.

** Give the traveling baseball team a permit to use STrootman
field from 5:00 on Monday through Thursday and from 8:00 am
to noon on Saturdays.
** Crooked Lake School Advisory Council go to the City Council
on behalf of the Park and Recreation Commission for
consideration of the purchase of playground equipment at a
cost of $42,000 to be split three ways, with the city's
investment to be $14,000.
** Reserve the City Hall fields from 8:30 am until 12:30 pm,
Mnday through Friday, June 29 through July 28th for
community education programs.

** Duane Thompson to make the Strootman Park sign with the
cost not to exceed $200.00.
** Carryover $12,766 from the 1989 budget to the 1990
budget. Also, to authorize Jay Blake to submit the
application for the grant to Kelsey park.
August 17, 1989
** Abstain from applying for state grant for development of
Kelsey Park due to budget restraints and to provide for
additional time to plan park.
** Park dedication fee for Echo Hills be $6,920 and park
dedication fee for Kirby Estates by $5,520.00.

Amendment to motion is Todd Haas arrange for land to be
appraised before final plat.
** Large shelter slated for Woodland Meadows be moved to Shady
Knoll park.
September 21, 1989
** Award bid for the tilling of the complete Oak Bluff park
for $450.00 to Burt Kraabel based on the fact that the
soccer field is leveled.
** Bid for the tennis court be put forth through the capital
budget.
** Accept the revised proposed 1990 park capital budget as
discussed for a total of $48,795.00.

** Approve the hockey rink schedule.

** Effective immediately, the city clerk require park
dedication for properties under the meets and bounds
ordinance. Park Board requests a written explanation from
city clerk as to why park dedication was not previously
collected for such properties.
** Request the Planning and zoning Commission review Ord. 10
regarding lot splits and meets and bounds. Legal opinion
to be obtained from city attorney regarding retroactive
collection of park dedication.
November 2, 1989
** Park dedication fee for lot splits be the same as for metes
and bounds; meaning ten percent of the fair market value of
the property. City staff is directed to immediately begin
collecting such fees.

** Approve the revised hockey rink schedule.
** Marc is requested to present request to the City Council
for approval to spend up to $200.00 for installation of a
light at Rose Park, also that a petition be circulated
around the residents by Mr. Joslyn and then also present
to the City Council.
