Under Section 14, Restrictions on Filing and Recording, Subsection 14.01 (3) was a separate parcel of not less than two and one half (2-1/2) in area and one hundred fifty (150) feet in width on January 1, 1966 or is a single parcel of land not less than five (5) acres in area and having a width of not less than three hundred- thirty (330) feet in width. In SEction 16.03, to add the language in the third to the last line, "consisting of less than five (5) acres in area having a width of less than three-thrity (330) feet in width." Section 9.03 (c) corner lots as presented. ** Recommendation to City Council to approve Ord. 29 with the revised wording to include the prevention of the spread of pine bark beetles within the City of Andover.
