schedule for 1991-1992 as presented. Motion carried unanimously.

CITY HALL PARK COMPLEX - CONSTRUCTION OF BALLFIELD 15
Todd Haas explained that the Andover Athletic Association has
requested an additional ballfield at the City Hall Park Complex.
Mr. Haas noted that he attempted to find space for the ballfield;
however, if one were constructed, the parking lot would have to
be removed and we can't afford to lose the parking.

David O'Toole, Andover Athletic Association, stated that the
Association is trying to get a long range plan going.
Fundraisers will be held to help them do the things they want.
The general concensus of the Park Commission was that an
additional ballfield at the City Hall Park Complex is not
feasible.
HIDDEN CREEK NORTH PARK - PLAN LAYOUT
Todd Haas requested that the Park Commission re-examine the
possibility of an additional ballfield in Hidden Creek North
Park. He noted that the Soccer Association used the park last
year.
Chairman Kieffer suggested that before anything is done, the
residents in the neighborhood should be contacted. He also
stated that we will have Fox and Oak Bluff ready for 1992.
David O'Toole noted that within the next 2 to 3 years they are
going to need more fields.
Todd Haas suggested that we wait to see what the Athletic
Association and the Soccer Association need before we do
anything.

Mr. O'Toole informed the Park Commission that someone is going to
propose starting a Little League Program in Andover. With 400-
500 kids from Coon Rapids plus the 200 Andover now has, more
fields will need to be constructed.
