Chairperson Kieffer thought the park board needed to schedule a special meeting regarding the master plan of Kelsey-Round lake Park. He felt that cuts would have to be made regarding the $150,000 proposed paved trail and main parking lot. He thought the commission should consider crushed rock or limestone used on the trail, although some paved access would be needed for wheelchairs. Mr. Stone said that Public Works could not cut a path from the Andover School to the City Hall Tennis Courts as requested from Ms. Deluca because there is no crosswalk. He will inform Ms. Deluca. MOTION by DeLarco, seconded by Anderson to adjourn at 9:30 p.m. Motion passed unanimously. I Respectfully submitted, K~ Pt~ Karen Plummer, Recording Secretary
