AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE 1-7-3 ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES,
AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF ANDOVER.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDOVER HEREBY RESOLVES:
The following permit fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2005.
Administration:
Administrative Fee: (non proiect related activity) 25% of total charges for overhead costs .

ORD. NO. 304 SUMMARY
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES AND VARIOUS
OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF ANDOVER.
The City Council ofthe City of Andover ordains:
Section 1. Pursuant to Minnesota Law, the Andover City Code and upon a review by city staff, a
fee schedule for city services, permit fees and various other fees is hereby adopted.
2005 Fee Schedule
a) The city code of the City of Andover establishes that certain fees be set from time
to time by the City Council.
b) City staffhas reviewed the current Fee Schedule for the City of Andover and is
hereby recommending that the 2005 Fee Schedule, which is available for
inspection in the office of the City Clerk, be adopted.
c) Upon consideration and review by the City Council, the 2005 Fee Schedule is
hereby adopted and becomes effective January I, 2005.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect January 1, 2005.
