A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING LICENSE FEES FOR TRANSIENT MERCHANTS,
PEDDLERS, CANVASSERS AND SOLICITORS IN THE CITY OF ANDOVER.
The City Council of the City of Andover hereby establishes
the following fee for transient merchantsr peddlers, canvassers
and solicitors in the City of Andover:
Six month license
$25.00

The City Council is requested to have the City of Andover participate in the
Anoka County Development Expo. This expo would give Andover an opportunity
to display the development opportunities and projects to other Twin City
developers and businesses.
Currently, developers in our city include Woodland Development, Good Value
Homes, Nedegaard Construction, Llarrie Nettum, Esther Olson, William
Rademacher, Harvey Kadlec, Rosella Sonsteby, Chuck Cook, New Generation Homes,
Carlson-Dropps, Inc., Hills, Inc. and Jim Lund.
See attached letter dated March 16, 1987 from the Anoka County Chamber
of Commerce.

Dear Mr. Schrantz:
The Anoka County Chamber of Commerce, the County's other five
Chambers, and the Anoka County Economic Development Partnership
are planning to organize an Anoka County Development Expo. This
Expo will showcase development opportunities available in Anoka
County to Twin City developers and businesses.
We would like to invite your city to participate in the planning
and implementation of this project. We envision the cities,
Chambers, industrial park owners, development companies, and real
estate professionals to be involved in this Expo. We see this
Expo as an opportunity for your city to display your development
opportunities and projects to our targeted audience.
We are holding a meeting at 3:00 p.m. on Monday, March 23rd at
the Northtown shopping center conference room - in Blaine. Please
call the Chamber office at 755-1130 if you plan to attend.
