Haas AGENDA SECTION NO. ITEM Anoka County Development NO. Expo. The City Council is requested to have the City of Andover participate in the Anoka County Development Expo. This expo would give Andover an opportunity to display the development opportunities and projects to other Twin City developers and businesses. Currently, developers in our city include Woodland Development, Good Value Homes, Nedegaard Construction, Llarrie Nettum, Esther Olson, William Rademacher, Harvey Kadlec, Rosella Sonsteby, Chuck Cook, New Generation Homes, Carlson-Dropps, Inc., Hills, Inc. and Jim Lund. This Expo will showcase development opportunities available in Anoka County to Twin City developers and businesses. We would like to invite your city to participate in the planning and implementation of this project.
