I would like 5 minutes on each agenda to get Council reaction so I know particular items didn't get overlooked. The Coon Creek Watershed representative from Andover and the administration have 'requested time with the Council. Should you have specific concerns, I would ask you provide me with notice so I can provide an informed response or bring an appropriate staff member for additional resource. This was restated in a letter dated March 30, 1988. Mr. Slyzuk and I would like to attend a Council meeting and would appreciate being added to the agenda at the earliest opportunity.
