THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDOVER HEREBY RESOLVES: The following permit fees and service charges are hereby established for the year 2026 2425. Subd. 1. Fee Multiplier Table (FMT). Abandonment, Expiration, Revocation/Suspension, or Validity.
