SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL MEETING-DECEMBER 27,1983
MINUTES
A Special Meeting of the Andover City Council was called to
order on December 27, 1983, at 6:10 P.M. by Mayor Windschitl
for the purpose of approving year-end claims.
Councilmen Present: Elling, Lachinski
Councilmen Absent: Knight, Orttel
Also Present: P. Lindquist
Claims
MOTION by Elling, seconded by Lachinski to approve Checks No. 7350
through No. 7431, excluding No. 7424, for a total amount of
$156,220.92. Motion carried unanimously.
Other Business
The Fire Department was requesting approval to purchase a radio
out of 1983 allocation. MOTION by Elling, seconded by Lachinski
to approve the purchase of a 4-channel portable radio for the
Fire Department at an approximate cost of $1,000.00. Motion
approved unanimously.
Adjournment
MOTION by Elling, seconded by Lachinski, to adjourn. Motion
carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned: 6.20 P.M.
