SPECIAL CITY COUNCIL lŒETING - NO~ÆBER 21, 1978
MINUTES
A Special Meeting of the Andover City Council was called to order by Mayor Windschitl
on November 21, 1978, 7:25 p.m., at the Andover City Hall, 1685 Crosstown Blvd. N.W.
for the purpose of interviewing an applicant for appointment to the Andover Planning &
Zoning Commission.
Councilpersons present: Lachinski, McClure, Orttel and Vanderlaan
Councilpersons absent: None
Also present: Interested citizens
George Lobb was asked some pre-determined questions alternately by the Counci~members.
MOTION by Ortte1, seconded by Lachinski, to appoint Mr. George Lobb to the Planning and
Zoning Commission for a term expiring December 31, 1979. Motion carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned 7:35 p.m.
