that the State Aid Division will write out a check for the landowner for the amount
determined and agreed U[1on for the right-of-way, but will not pay +or any costs incurred

this project. The averarc intercst l·mulel be 5.375. lIe ryrepared a Resolution
providing for s'31e and tax levee but this will have to be revised as it Has based
