Minutes of SPECIAL MEETING of the Grow Township Board of
Superviso s held March 13, 1974 at the Community Center.
Meeting w s taIled to order at 7:40 p.m. by Chairman Carlson.
Also atte ding were Supervisors Holasek and Christenson and
Acting Cl rk Sylvia Britton.
After dis ussion, Chairman Carlson moved that we provide an
adjustmen on Form ORS 3233 in the column headed "FY 1973
Adjusted axes." Adjustment to be in accordance with advice
received rom legal counsel, which adjustment will be approximately
$30,000, nd reflecting a total proposed adjustéd tax of approxi-
mately $6 ,000. Further, that the Acting Clerk shall be directed
to handle all correspondence after seeking advice of légal counsel.
Motion se onded by Supervisor Holasèk; carried.
Motion ma e by superVis~ Christenson, seconded by Supervisor
Holasek t at the meetin djourn; passed. Meeting adjourned at

Minutes f meeting of the CANVASSING BOARD held March 13, 1974
át the C mmunity Center (Town Hall).
Meeting as called to order by Chairman Lawrence Carlson at 7:25
p.m. Al 0 attending were Supervisors Holasek and Christenson and
Acting C erk Sylvia Britton. The purpose of the meeting was to
review a d certify the results of the election held March 12, 1974
as recored by the Election Judges.
After a eview of the letter of certification, motion was made by
Supervis r Holasek to accept the results of the election as
presente by the Election Judges; motion seconded by Supervisor
Christenson; passed.
The letter of certification and the signed election ballot count
are attached to and become a part of these minutes..
Motion w s made by Supervisor Holasek, seconded by Supervisor
Christenson that the meeting adjourn; motion passed.
