Dear Mr. and Mrs. Matthies:
In regards to your letter of August 1, 1974, at present there are no Local,
County or State Ordinances preventing a Developer from developing a tract of
land with just one (1) entrance and outlet to said Development.
Our Engineer, at the time, stated as development continues in an area like this,
there are more roads put in, thus providing more entrances and outlets. Our
Engineer also stated that this development is not uncommon, there are developments
with as many as one-hundred (100) lots with homes on them with just one (1)
entrance.
As to the development that you wrote to us about, the Developer met all aspects
of our Township Ordinance and County requirements. There are thirty-four (34)
lots in this plat. The Developer told us that he has plans on having two (2)
more entrances to this plat, SO that would bring it above average and really
should not cause any problems.
