Chairman Schneider called the meeting to order at 9:15 P.M. to approve' the Preliminary Plat of Kenneth Olson. After checking the required information and some discussion, Christenson moved we accept the Preliminary Plat of Kenneth Olson. It is Bruce Fleming of Crimsoncross Kennels. Bruce Johnson the Chairman of the Park Board talked of the work they are doing. They would like to make a walk path along South Coon CrEek, and they are tryi!Jg to fix up the bdl diamond in Northwoods Addition.. We have many ID8n hours available from the County to help us get these in shape. The Park Board will be working Ül close cooperatìon vlith the Town Bos,",d. Dav~d Langseth approached the Town Board woth the Fianl Plat of Langseth's Pine Acres. There were some changes made from the Preliminary p~ on lot sizes. Hr. The Zoning Commission - recommended that Tracts fl, B, and C be rezoned from R 1 Single Family ~urE.l to R 4 Single Family (13,000 Sq. Ft.).
