A SPECIAL meeting of the Grow Town Board of Supervisors met
Tuesda.;y, June6, 1972 at the school. Chairman Schneider called the
meeting to order at 9:15 P.M. to approve' the Preliminary Plat of
Kenneth Olson. After checking the required information and some
discussion, Christenson moved we accept the Preliminary Plat of
Kenneth Olson. Schneider seconded 8~d it passed.

The regular monthly ~eeting of the Grow Township Board of \
Supervisors met Tuesday, Ju:n 613-, 1972 2t Crooked Lake Elementary I
School. C112_irn'¡an Richard Schneider c8,lled the meeting to order at
8:05P.N. ~ith Supervisor Christenson and ~ttorney Ed Babcock present.

Chairman Schneider announced that the Township had contracted
With anew dog ce.tcher. It is Bruce Fleming of Crimsoncross Kennels.
Bruce Johnson the Chairman of the Park Board talked of the work
they are doing. They would like to make a walk path along South
Coon CrEek, and they are tryi!Jg to fix up the bdl diamond in
Northwoods Addition.. We have many ID8n hours available from the
County to help us get these in shape. The Park Board will be
working Ül close cooperatìon vlith the Town Bos,",d.
Dav~d Langseth approached the Town Board woth the Fianl Plat
of Langseth's Pine Acres. There were some changes made from the
Preliminary p~ on lot sizes. Hr. Babcock felt it should go back
+9r rev~e~ by the Zoning ComDission. He could arpear betore the
30,nine :jo:r.mission on the next regu2_=:"r !:1eeting 8_nd be bac1-: before
the To~n 30&rd in July. No action by the Board, referred to

a rezoning would be a better way to take care of the matter. It

now it will be refered to as Tracts ~, B, and C. The Zoning Commission
- recommended that Tracts fl, B, and C be rezoned from R 1 Single Family
~urE.l to R 4 Single Family (13,000 Sq. Ft.). Christenson Dotioned that

Jack nenkveld presented deeds to raods th~t had hot had previous
Town Board approval. Iv~r . Babcock will check the deeds and naùe the
report ready at the July meeting. Also presented was a deed for a
pa~k in Green Acres.
