NO. \ -' MOTION by Councilmember to adopt the following: A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS AND AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF PROJECT NO. 96-15 FOR BID CATEGORY NO. #2 IN THE AREA OF PUBLIC WORKS. Finishes $ 18,325 Gorham-Oien Mech. $332,000 Reliance Electirc, Inc. $121,288 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Andover to hereby accept the bids as shown to indicate .the above noted contractors as being the apparent low bidders BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED TO HEREBY direct the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a contract with the above noted contractors in the amount of the above noted amounts for construction of the improvements; and direct the City Clerk to return to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposit of the successful bidders and the next lowest bidders shall be retained until the contracts have been executed and bond requirements met.
