NO. 558 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY CODE 1-7-3 ESTABLISHING PERMIT FEES, SERVICE CHARGES, AND VARIOUS OTHER FEES TO BE COLLECTED BY THE CITY OF ANDOVER.
