Consider Purchase of Commercial Park Property Strips The EDA is requested to consider the purchase of property remnants from Pannack. The remnants are left-over from legal action which resulted in MOM's Auto being transferred to Pannack. Court documents later revealed three remnants were also part of the original claim. Unfortunately. scheduling conflicts between our office. our clients and Our engineer have not allowed us sufficient time to fully analyze the optiODS presented in the feasibility repon received late Friday. It is my understanding that the nex.t council meeting at which Ihls maner could be considered IS April 7, 1998. We respectfully request that the matter be continued and considered lit that meeting. As you are aware, my clients an~ also concerned about Agenda Item No.9 regarding the preparation of a feasibility report for Chesterton Commons Second Addition as well as Item No. 10 of the Agenda which is the request for an administrative lot split affecting propeny directly north of Hamilton Square. Although it is inappropriate for me to request conlinuance of these items. perhaps these items can be more constructively addressed after II. determination hll3 been made after re'Yiew ilIld coasideration of the wee options presented in the feasibility report for Hamilton Square. An attorney from our office, Alden Pearson, will attend tbe meeting representing the Hamiltons; however. it is not practical for Alden to be up to date on all of the COncerns given tbe voluminous history of storm water issues involving these properties.
