REGULAR PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING
JANUARY 10, 1984
MINUTES
The regularly scheduled Andover Planning and Zoning Commission meeting was called to
order by Chairman Don Spotts at 7:34 P.M., Tuesday, January 10, 1984 at the Andover
City Hall, 1685 Crosstown Boulevard N.W., Andover, Minnesota.
Commissioners Present: Apel, Bosell, Knutson, Perry, Rogers
Commissioners Absent: None
Because there were no regular agenda items, the Commission worked on the update of
Ordinance 8, beginning wnlth the section dealing with Planned Unit Developments.
Beginning with Section (2) (e), and going to the end of that section, everything will
be taken out and put on a check list that will be attached to the application form.
On Page 4-24 of the draft, the paragraph reading "Following approval of the Preliminary
Development Plan, etc" will be numbered 4. Final Development Plan and sections (a)
through (m) will be a part of a check list for the final plan.
Section (8), Ownership, will be deleted.
Recess 9:10 p.m. - Reconvene 9:30 P.M.
Section (D), Criteria for Review and Approval will be moved to the beginning after
Section (A) Purpose.
Several other minor changes were made in the draft.
MOTION by Rogers to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P.M.
