Mr. Fursman reported that the Staff and Cecil Heidelberg have reached an
agreement to present to the EDA for the purchase of easements in the
salvage yard area. The cost of the easements is $0.77 per square foot,
the same amount being paid to David and Rick Heidelberger for property
.~ in that same area. Mr. Heidelberger is in the process of cleaning the
material off of the property. Once it is finished, Staff will walk the
property and inspect it for debris and signs of contamination prior to
closing. Soil borings were done by the EPA and no contamination was
found.
