THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANDOVER HEREBY ORDAINS: City Code 12-3-4, The Zoning District Map of the City of Andover is hereby amended as follows: 1. The findings for the rezoning are that the property is located within the Metropolitan Urban Service Area and also has the ability to be served by City of Andover municipal services. Times and conditions have changed with the dissolution of the GR: General Recreation zoning district to rezone the property to R-4: Single Family Urban and match the zoning of the subject properties to surrounding properties with public uses. 3. All other sections of the Zoning Ordinance shall remain as written and adopted by the City Council of the City of Andover.
