Adjournment \J H `J ANDOVER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENTA UTHORITYMEETING— JUNE 5, 2018 - MINUTES The Meeting of the Andover Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Julie Trude, June 5, 2018, 6:30 p.m., at the Andover City Hall, 1685 Crosstown Boulevard NW, Andover, Minnesota. Present: Commissioners Sheri Bukkila (arrived at 6:36 p.m.), James Goodrich, Valerie Holthus, Mike Knight, and Joyce Twistol Absent: None Also present: Executive Director, Jim Dickinson Community Development Director, Joe Janish Public Works Director/City Engineer, Dave Berkowitz APPROVAL OFMINUTES May 15, 2018, Regular Meeting: Correct as amended. Commission Twistol stated on page 2, line 19 the word "to" should be added after the word up. Motion by Holthus, Seconded by Goodrich, to approve the minutes as amended. Motion carried 5 ayes and 1 absent (Bukkila). RECESS President Trude recessed the regular EDA meeting at 6:31 p.m. to a closed session of the EDA to discuss property negotiation strategy in the Bunker Redevelopment Area. RECONVENE The EDA reconvened at 6:59 p.m. OTHER BUSINESS There was none. ADJOURNMENT Motion by Bukkila, Seconded by Twistol to adjourn. Motion carried unanimously.
