HomeMy WebLinkAboutResolutions© © 0 2016 EDA Resolutions Res # Subject Date Recorded Number 001-16 Authorize Executive Director to execute all closing documents on behalf of the EDA 03/02/15 X C] CITY OF ANDOVER EDA COUNTY OF ANOKA STATE OF MINNESOTA RESOLUTION NO. 001-16 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR TO EXECUTE ALL CLOSING DOCUMENTS FOR THE RESULTS OF ANDOVER PROJECT ON BEHALF OF THE ANDOVER EDA WHEREAS, the City of Andover EDA has approved the sale of the property legally described on Exhibit A to Results of Andover, LLC, previously Inventure Properties, LLC and WHEREAS, the Andover EDA does hereby authorize Jim Dickinson, Executive Director to sign all closing documents on behalf of the Andover EDA. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the EDA of the City of Andover, Anoka County, Minnesota, that Jim Dickinson, Executive Director is authorized to sign all closing documents on behalf of the Andover EDA. Adopted by the EDA of the City of Andover this 2nd day of March, 2016.
