No. 2: Gymnasium - 7,219 SF single story addition. $695,356
No. 3: Studio - 2,100 SF upper kwd addition to new gymnaslum. $319,200
No. 4: Offbe /CLxuference - 1,925 SF single story addition. 333!1,600
No. 1: This estimate assumes that ail work will be done during regular trustiness hours.
No. 2: Phone, data, AV and security are all excluded.
No. 3: Architectural and engineering fees are not Included.
No. 4: Our estimate does not Include any SAC and WAC fees.
