During this time we were instrumental in, the adopt a park program at Andover Lions Park, and planting shrubs and cleaning up the north center island at the Crooked Lake boat landing. These activities have given me the opportunity to visit many of the Andover Parks and gain a better understanding of the needs and resources of the parks. I volunteered at the Park and Recreation booth during the Andover family fun test and I remain very passionate to the success of the commission. I am committed to the implementation of the CIP plan that has been approved by the current commission and I'm excited to continue my involvement in the current development of Pine Hills North and the improvements to Kelsey Round Lake Park. Describe your education /experience, which qualifies you to serve on this commission: In my professional career I'm responsible for managing and budgeting projects. This experience has been beneficial in operating within our budget and maintaining the park and recreation capital improvement plan last year. I've enjoyed being involved with adopt a park program at Andover Lions Park through the Park and Recreation Commission and volunteering my time to serve and beautify the community. Describe your professional, civic or community activates, which may be relevant to this commission: I remain employed by a medical device company where I've manage product labeling for 12 years. I have served on the Park and Recreation commission over the past year, and I continue to volunteer in my community with programs such as, Habitat for Humanity, Feed My Starving Children, ARAA, Adopt a Park, and Bar None Residential Treatment.
