Adjournment 1J H 0 ANL6 6 i ' vi ANDOVER ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY WORKSHOP JULY 23, 2013 - MINUTES A workshop of the Andover Economic Development Authority was called to order by President Mike Gamache, July 23, 2013, 4:31 p.m., at DST Inc. 13829 Jay Street NW, Andover, Minnesota. Present: Commissioners Sheri Bukkila, Mike Knight, Tony Howard, Julie Trude, Robert Nowak, and Joyce Twistol Absent: None Also present: Community Development Director, David Carlberg Executive Director, Jim Dickinson Others TOUR OF DYNAMIC SEALING TECHNOLOGIES INC. The EDA took a tour of the DST facility. Following the tour, Jeff Meister, President of DST, Inc. provided a presentation on the history, product line and future plans of the company. Upon receiving the presentation, the EDA directed staff to commence negotiations on the 7.27 acres immediately north of DST Inc.'s current location. TOUR ANDOVER STATION NORTH Due to time constraints, a tour of Andover Station North was not conducted. ANDOVER STA TION NOR TH MARKETING UPDATE Due to time constraints, the Andover Station North marketing update was not given. OTHER BUSINESS There was none.
