[J Newsletter Article for Andover Today [J 2007 Budqet - It's budget time again. Staff is working on data to bring forward a preliminary 2007 budget at the next commission meeting. [J Manuals - Staff continues to colleet information for both the safety and facility manual. [J Mailinqs - Staff has compiled a list of potential show promoters and event planners, Plans are underway to mail information as well as phone calls to inquire about their business and if our facility would work for them. [J Fun Fest - Staff continues to work on details, giveaways, and handouts as we make our way toward July. I '-The Andover Community Center and Youth First would like to invite kids who, this fall, will be entering grades 1 through 5 to participate in the Andover Community Center Kid Adventure Classes. All classes will be held at the Andover Community Center from 10:00 am to Noon. Registration deadline is a minimum of one week before the class date. Early sign-up is suggested as some classes are limited. If an email address is not provided a confirmation postcard will be sent to the address provided on the registration form. Cancellations/Refunds: The Andover Community CenterN outh First reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. If an activity is cancelled due to lack of enrollment, you will be notified by mail, email, or telephone and your class fee refunded. A 100 percent refund will be made if the class is cancelled or if child withdraws 7 days prior to the date of class. No refunds thereafter. .' 'Transportation: No transportation is provided.
